Responsible for processing incoming calls in a fast paced call center environment
Deliver extraordinary customer care to customers
Build and grow customer relationships
Documentation of necessary information for customers while multi-tasking
Commitment to excellence in regards to meeting efficiency and quality standards
Utilize multiple computer systems and screens at once
Use creative problem solving and investigative skills in handling issues
Hours: Multiple shifts including some weekends
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience required
Have Insurance License in Life and Health and Property and Casualty
Ability to obtain all needed licenses in all 50 states required
Prior experience in the service/sales or insurance industry preferred
Prior experience in a structured call center environment preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Proficiency is MS Office environment
Passion for serving customers with proactive solutions
Previous experience building relationships with customers
Effective and accurate decision-making skills
Positive outlook and creative problem solving skills
Ability to pass extensive drug and background screening process
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 18 years of age required
